Join us from September 20th – 26th as we celebrate the season with a mix of different chiles from Alvarez Farms. From sweet to spicy, we will have a wide range of offerings to show the variety of chile flavors.
Sample items include a Sweet Pepper Salad with cucumber, red onion, cilantro and oregano moho…and Floral Gem Chile Braised Pork Tamale with sweet pepper salsa, onion, cilantro and corn crema.
In addition, we will be serving up two special cocktails that feature our chile friends…
Triptych – anaheim, bell and poblano chiles, blanco tequila, mezcal, fresno chile syrup and fresh lime
Hell for Leather – purple goat horn and floral gem chiles, kummel, agave, fresh lime, fresh grapefruit, salt, peychaud’s bitters
